ARMS® Flight Operations Suite is now LIVE at Kenya Airways
October 7, 2022 - Nairobi / Singapore
The ARMS® Flight Operations suite went live at Kenya Airways, comprising multiple ARMS® modules for flight planning and dispatch, flight following, horizontal situational display and the tablet based electronic flight folder for digitalized and paperless operations.
The devil is in the details of every successful implementation and this one was no different. From network and infrastructure set-up through software installations, application load testing, user training, certifications and the final acceptance test, everything was accomplished with clockwork precision including six 3rd party integrations, within timelines.
The implementation was project managed remotely with teams collaborating online between Singapore, Mumbai and Bangalore in India and the client’s project team and end-users stationed at Nairobi, Kenya.
Laminaar pulled off their first 100% remote implementation at Korea’s JinAir in 2020, repeating the feat at Kenya’s Jambojet recently and now with Kenyan Airways it’s three in a row. Read more here (Link to JinAir case study, PR)
